This includes computer classes, business classes, and Jobs for Illinois Graduates, AP classes, ROTC 3, 4, and others
Any extra art, music, math, computer, business, social studies, science, business classes, R.O.T.C., P.E., etc., will count as an elective

| Foreman High School is a Neighborhood School that primarily serves the Belmont-Cragin neighborhood and a portion of the North Austin neighborhood. As a neighborhood school, enrollment is primarily restricted to those that reside within the school's attendance boundaries. Students that will be first time high school students may apply to Foreman High School's College Pathways Program. Please complete the attached application. Any student wishing to transfer into Foreman High School from another Chicago Public School should obtain a letter of acceptance from me. Likewise, if you would like to transfer to Foreman High School from a school outside the Chicago Public School system approval from Mr. Schlismann is required. Transfers/Enrollments will be conducted Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, appointments are strongly recommended. To enroll your student at Foreman High School you must provide the following documents: • 2 Proofs of current address (check school's boundaries with CPS School Locator ) • 1 Current, valid photo ID for the student's guardian • 1 Proof of Guardianship (birth certificate, custody paperwork, medical card, etc.) • 1 Proof of age for student enrolling • ISBE Transfer Document (if transferring from an Illinois Public School outside of Chicago Public Schools) • Academic Records o Official or Unofficial Transcripts o IEP (if applicable) o Current Schedule (if available) o Recent Report Card o Attendance and Discipline Records (if available) • Medical Records o Vaccination Records o Physical |
